This leaf-eating caterpillar can destroy trees and plant life. Failure to inspect household articles is a violation of USDA quarantine regulations and may result in significant civil penalties. This paperwork will be imaged and accompany your shipment when crossing into the state of California. This process will help ensure that your shipment is not detained at the border.
